Lee qualified from the University of Hertfordshire gaining a 1 st Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She first began working in the NHS at the Royal Berkshire Hospital where she developed an interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and decided to make this her career specialism. She joins Core Body Clinic as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist. Lee is passionate about helping women recover from gynaecological surgery and also support women throughout pregnancy and post-partum. Lee strongly believes every women should be afforded the opportunity to return to fitness and regain control of their pelvic floor after having a baby or undergoing surgery. Lee understands the immense physical and emotional strain that pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic girdle pain can place on the body and she is committed to working with women to achieve their goals. Lee uses a plethora of techniques including rehabilitation, trigger point and pelvic manual therapy.
Lee also has extensive experience and an interest in Neurological Rehabilitation, helping patients recover from a stroke, neurological disease or head injury.
She combines her rehabilitation knowledge with hands on techniques enabling her to also deliver massage and sports massage therapy to assist with recovery.
